Change of mind

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, as long as the piece is unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged or defective items

If a piece arrives damaged or with a printing defect, send photos to our support within 48 hours of delivery and we will reprint or refund it.

Custom orders

Personalized pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned for change of mind. Production defects are always covered.
